Ian Eve Perry is the Policy Manager for TechEquity Collaborative. Prior to working with TechEquity, they were a Research and Policy Associate at the UC Berkeley Labor Center. At the Labor Center, Ian focused on low-wage and health care policy research. They have also worked as a research assistant at M.I.T. focusing on the design and implementation of the Affordable Care Act, and for an economic consulting firm.

Ian received a Master of Public Policy degree from the UC Berkeley Goldman School of Public Policy in 2017, and bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University in 2009.
